Stellar Virtual is seeking a Supervisor of Instructional Coaches to lead and develop the Instructional Coaching team, ensuring high-quality coaching that improves teacher practice and student outcomes. You will partner with campus leaders to establish coaching systems, monitor program effectiveness, and promote instructional excellence across grades and content areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of successful educational experience, including classroom teaching and instructional leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional coaching models, adult learning theory, and professional learning best practices.
• Strong understanding of effective instructional strategies, curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and teacher development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support Elementary, Secondary, and Content Instructional Coaches through coaching, mentoring, and PD.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive instructional coaching model aligned with goals and priorities.
• Monitor coaching cycles, observation protocols, feedback processes, and coaching expectations for consistency and effectiveness.
• Monitor impact of coaching on teacher practice and student achievement; analyze data to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with campus and district leaders to align coaching with instructional priorities.
