Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking an Instructor Quality & Support Specialist to coach UI instructors in K–12 settings and manage day-to-day program support. You will partner with schools to ensure high-quality teaching, effective implementation, and positive student outcomes.

You will lead coaching cycles, monitor attendance and progress, deliver professional development, and align supports with campus goals.

Qualifications

• Teaching license for K–12 required; admin license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of K–12 classroom experience.
• Minimum 2 years in instructional leadership or coaching.
• Experience with instructional coaching and observation cycles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instructional coaching, observation, and support.
• Provide actionable feedback on pedagogy and classroom management.
• Develop and implement coaching plans.
• Serve as primary pedagogical resource and coach.
• Provide real-time instructional guidance and problem-solving support.
• Collaborate to implement coaching cycles for improvement.
• Monitor program implementation including attendance and progress.
• Ensure instructors have materials, access, and expectations.
• Mentor instructors navigating classroom and school systems.
• Track operational needs including timekeeping and reporting.
• Design and deliver professional development sessions.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for instructors.
• Provide ongoing professional learning aligned to expectations.
• Tailor training to campus operational and instructional goals.
• Analyze student performance data to inform instruction.
• Guide instructors in using assessment data to improve teaching.
• Recommend improvements based on data and observations.
• Monitor program-wide instructional quality and improvements.
