Imagine Learning seeks an Instructional Supervisor to lead Virtual Instructors and oversee scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations. You will coordinate instructional services, monitor compliance, and communicate with clients and leadership.

The role requires a teaching license, 3+ years of leadership, and experience in online instruction, with up to 10% travel and full-time remote work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in education with 3+ years of teaching and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Licensed to teach in at least one state; SPED/ELL experience a plus.
• Strong data-driven decision making and scheduling experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and operational support for Virtual Instructors.
• Lead HR tasks including evaluations, corrective action, and hiring recommendations.
• Resolve daily instructional issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
