Job summary

CONFLUENCE ACADEMY in Saint Louis, MO 63107 seeks an Instructional Coach to coordinate teacher mentoring and professional development, providing leadership, coaching, and services within district guidelines to improve student outcomes.

Reporting to the Principal, you will analyze program data, identify PD needs, support instructional practices, build relationships with teachers and staff, and collaborate with leadership to plan and improve classroom outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience applying curriculum and instructional techniques.
• Ability to conduct trainings and support teachers.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes program information to provide direction and support.
• Assesses professional development needs of teachers.
• Coaches teachers and intervention personnel to improve performance.
• Coordinates local and state assessments and explains the process.
• Develops professional learning and coaching plans with teachers.
• Organizes instructional materials and resources for staff.
• Provides individualized teacher support and feedback.
• Reports incidents and maintains a safe learning environment.
