You will work with teachers, administrators, and district partners to ensure curriculum alignment with standards and to support high-quality instructional practices.

You will provide professional development, coaching, and resources to staff, and contribute to assessment development and data-driven decisions. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
• MA degree preferred.
• Need to obtain Education Leadership Cert or Principal Cert.

Responsabilités

• Curriculum development and implementation aligned with state standards.
• Provide instructional coaching and support to teachers to raise instructional quality.
• Plan and facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions.
• Assist in assessment tools development and data analysis to measure student learning.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to support school improvement.
