Job summary
Imagine Learning is seeking an Instructional Supervisor to lead Virtual Instructors and drive instructional quality. The role oversees supervision, coaching, scheduling, and data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes. A teaching license and leadership experience are essential, with online instruction experience highly preferred.
Remote-friendly with travel up to 5-10%. Compensation includes base pay of $53,546–$55,000 per year plus potential annual bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education; 3+ years of teaching experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience supervising instructional staff or educational programs.
- Three years of online instruction experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and operational support for Virtual Instructors.
- Manage HR responsibilities, including performance evaluations and hiring recommendations.
- Resolve daily instructional and operational issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Maintain oversight of instructional schedules for coverage and compliance.
- Conduct observations and data reviews to monitor instructional effectiveness.
- Develop coaching and professional growth plans.
- Ensure adherence to communication expectations and policies.
- Oversee development of intervention plans for at‑risk students.
- Prepare reports on performance, attendance, and compliance.
