The Lead Instructional Coach strengthens coaching quality by modeling effective coaching practices, providing targeted feedback, and building team capacity in language-rich instruction and adult learning.

This role uses multiple data sources to guide coaching priorities, support goal setting, and adjust coaching supports based on evidence of educator practice and child outcomes.
