Job summary

Stellar Virtual is seeking a Supervisor of Instructional Coaches to lead, develop, and support a team of Instructional Coaches across K-12 programs. The role partners with campus leaders to build coaching capacity, monitor program effectiveness, and promote instructional excellence.

This position supervises coaches and does not directly evaluate classroom teachers. You will establish coaching systems, monitor cycles, and design professional learning that aligns with organizational priorities

Qualifications

• Experience leading instructional coaching programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise instructional coaches across elementary, secondary, and content areas.
• Develop a comprehensive instructional coaching model aligned with goals and priorities.
• Establish and monitor coaching cycles, observation protocols, and feedback processes.
• Support PLCs and data-driven instruction to improve student outcomes.
