Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Sr. Manager of HR Technology to own the Workday roadmap and the day-to-day HR operations running on it for a frontline workforce across 41 locations.

You will set a multi-year technology strategy and deliver dependable service to employees and managers. You will lead Workday administration, drive data governance, and provide leaders with reliable workforce insights through reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Technology, HR, or Business).
• 10+ years in HR, HRIS technology, or related fields.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership and coaching.
• Hands-on Workday experience at administrator/owner level.

Responsibilities

• Own HR technology strategy and Workday roadmap for 41 locations.
• Lead Workday administration across modules and integrations.
• Protect data accuracy, governance, and audit readiness.
• Lead HR operations and data-driven process improvements.
• Develop HR policies to stay compliant across states.
• Provide workforce insights via reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and IT to align data flows.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR technology team.
