Job summary

Focus on WD is seeking an HR Technology Operations Manager to lead a global HR technology function. You will own Tier 1 support, drive service standards and ensure reliability across Workday and related HR systems.

You will shape the service model, manage incidents, and collaborate with Functional and Integrations teams to maintain system stability during payroll and benefits cycles. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in HR Technology, HRIS or enterprise application support.
• Strong Workday experience in a global organisation.
• Proven team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR Technology Analysts.
• Own Tier 1 support, ensuring issues are resolved within SLA or escalated to Functional and Integrations teams.
• Build and improve the service model, including SLAs, processes and knowledge management.
• Manage incidents, root cause analysis and system stability, including readiness for releases, payroll and benefits cycles.
• Use performance data to drive improvement, automation and self-service.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security and audit requirements.
