Job summary

Campbell's is seeking an Sr Manager, HR Technology to lead the Workday platform across Core HCM, Talent, Payroll, Benefits and more. You will partner with HR leaders to translate business needs into technology solutions and manage a team of analysts and consultants.

You will oversee incident, change, and release management while guiding organizational change and ensuring data security. This role requires strong program management and global team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in HR IT with related education.
• 5+ years configuring Workday modules (Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, etc.).
• 5+ years of integration, reporting and security work in Workday.
• 3+ years configuring Workday solutions not limited to Paradox, Hired Score, Adaptive Planning.
• Experience gathering requirements and deploying solutions with stakeholders.
• Experience leading diverse teams and influencing leaders not direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday platform management including Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, and more.
• Ensure stability, scalability, compliance and security of the Workday system.
• Oversee release management and adoption of Workday updates.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate needs into technology capabilities and plans.
• Direct work with offshore teams and vendor partners to deliver projects.
