• Lead HR Technology roadmap using Workday HCM as core platform.
• Oversee Workday integrations, reporting, security, configuration, testing, release management.
• Establish governance for HR technology priorities and execution.
• Develop and coach a high-performing HR technology team.
• Serve as consultative SME and strategic advisor across HR, IT, Finance, Data, Analytics.
