Job summary

Horizon Media Inc. seeks a Senior HR Technology Lead to partner with People Ops and Finance, owning Workday configurations, improvements and data integrity.

You will serve as the Workday SME and coordinate upgrades, testing, and reporting to support enterprise HR processes. Candidates should bring 2+ years of global Workday experience, 5+ years in HR technology, and strong analytical, communication and project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field strongly preferred.
• Must have global implementation experience 2+ years of Workday experience in a global setting.
• Expert in Workday main functional modules: Recruiting, HCM, Security, and Performance.
• Experience with HR data conversions.

Responsibilities

• Perform system maintenance, including testing and deployment of Workday upgrades, patches, and fixes.
• Collaborate with functional and technical staff to apply upgrades or fixes.
• Provide production support and manage annual HR processes while ensuring data integrity.
• Develop standard and custom reports and dashboards for ongoing business needs.
