DocGo is seeking a Senior Manager, People Technology to lead Workday and HR technology operations. You will own system configuration, integrations, data integrity, and service delivery while guiding the HRIS team to support business operations and employee experience.

The role requires 7+ years in HRIS/People Technology with hands-on Workday expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. This is a remote opportunity with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HRIS/People Technology with leadership experience.
• Hands-on Workday configuration (HCM, Absence, Business Processes, Reporting).
• Experience with system integrations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday & HR Technology Operations, optimizing and running daily.
• Lead the HRIS team and centralized service delivery model.
• Design and optimize business processes and system configurations.
• Oversee integrations between Workday and other platforms with IT.
• Ensure data governance, audits, and compliant data practices.
• Provide advanced end-user support and develop training materials.
• Manage system upgrades and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, IT, and Operations leaders.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports.
