Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Leader within HR Technology to shape platform strategy, lead multi-cloud infrastructure, and drive DevOps excellence. You will guide internal platforms, spearhead AI/ML tooling adoption, and ensure cost efficiency and security across the software lifecycle.

You will mentor high-performing teams, partner with architecture and product stakeholders, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technology and engineering programs.
• 8+ years leading matrixed teams.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Platform strategy with Architecture and AppDev teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms and self-service tools.
• Scale CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices.
• Partner with product, architecture and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional engineers, manage cloud spend and vendor relations.
• Track engineering metrics and governance, including DORA metrics and deployment frequency.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services.
