CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Leader in HR Technology to define platform strategy, drive delivery, and build internal platforms with strong DevOps and AI integration. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure security and reliability across the software lifecycle.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, collaboration across architecture, product, and PMO teams, and a track record of accelerated delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

10+ years leading large software engineering programs with KPI reporting.
8+ years in matrix organizations leading cross-functional teams.
4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams.
2+ years coordinating across software teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive platform strategy and delivery with Architecture and AppDev teams.
Build and scale internal platforms, self-service tools, and developer experiences.
Scale CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices with security and observability.
Partner with product, architecture, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
Mentor and lead cross-functional teams; manage cloud spend and budgets.
