Qualifications

• 10+ years as technology and engineering leader for large software programs.
• 8+ years leading teams in matrix organizations.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product, and PMO.
• 2+ years in leadership coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proposals and roadmaps.
• Experience mentoring and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive platform strategy across portfolios with Architecture and AppDev.
• Build internal platforms and self-service tools to reduce developer load.
• Scale CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps with security & observability.
• Design scalable enterprise integrations with product and business stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead engineers, manage cloud budgets and vendor relations.
• Track metrics like deployment frequency and change failure rate.
