Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Engineering Leader for HR Technology to shape platform strategy across multi-cloud environments. You will lead the design, delivery, and operational excellence of internal platforms, DevOps, and automation, while driving AI-enabled solutions and strong security practices throughout the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software/engineering programs.
• 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product & PMO to influence product development.
• 4+ years leading discovery sessions and enablement activities.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Platform strategy and delivery with Architecture, Tech Product Owners and AppDev teams.
• Build and scale internal platforms, golden paths, and self-service tools.
• Scale CI/CD pipelines, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps to embed security and observability.
• Partner with product, architecture, and stakeholders to design scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams; manage cloud spend budgets and vendor relations.
• Track engineering productivity and reliability metrics and manage cloud costs/compliance.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and cloud-native services into the delivery lifecycle.
