CVS Health is seeking a results-driven Engineering Leader to guide multi-cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and internal platforms within HR Technology. You will define platform strategy, mentor high-performing teams, and drive cost optimization, security, and reliability across the software lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years leading large software programs, 8+ years in matrix organizations, and a proven record of accelerating delivery in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large software engineering programs.
• 8+ years in matrix-management environments.
• 4+ years partnering with architecture, product, PMO.
• 2+ years leading discovery sessions and enablement.
• 2+ years coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years influencing stakeholders and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Platform strategy and delivery.
• Build and scale internal platforms and developer tools.
• Scale CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and DevSecOps with security observability.
• Design scalable, cost-effective technical solutions.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams; manage budgets.
• Track engineering metrics and governance.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools.
