JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an experienced Business Analytics Advisor - Vice President to lead the HR Analytics practice. You will build and guide a global team of data analysts and storytellers who partner with business leaders, HR executives, and stakeholders to transform workforce decisions.

The role embeds analytics into decision-making, driving data-driven outcomes for workforce performance, risk, and talent growth across lines of business and HR globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data, and business strategy within a large, complex, global organization.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing, global teams with advisory experience.
• Strong track record of engaging senior executives through analytics and storytelling.
• Bridges business strategy with data science, reporting, and analytic insights.
• Executive presence and communication skills to present to senior leaders.
• Strategic thinking linking data to commercial and workforce outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a team of HR Analytics Advisors serving as embedded partners to businesses and HR.
• Establish function as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including HR leaders and CFOs/COOs.
• Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities with action plans.
• Provide responsive data-driven insights for ad-hoc questions and strategic workforce inquiries.
• Deliver insights aligned to HR processes like performance, succession, and talent allocation.
• Contextualize data within business strategies and priorities with executives.
• Develop executive-ready presentations that articulate complex insights clearly and persuasively.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and storytelling that drives action.
• Partner with BI to automate reporting and enhance self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI & Data Science to shape derivative features and models.
• Work with Chief Data Office to ensure high-quality source data and governance.
