Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a visionary leader to head the HR Analytics Advisor practice. You will build and lead a team of data analysts and storytellers who partner with business leaders, HR executives, and stakeholders to transform talent and workforce decisions.

In this Senior Executive Director role within HR Data & Analytics, you will embed insight into decision-making by combining data, analytics, and business context into clear narratives, driving data-driven outcomes that impact workforce

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, data, and business strategy.
• Experience building and scaling global advisory teams.
• Ability to influence senior executives through insights.
• Strong executive presence and communication.
• Bridges business strategy with data science and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead a team of HR Analytics Advisors who serve as embedded partners to lines of business and HR functions.
• Establish the function as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including HR leaders and strategy leads.
• Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities and develop action plans.
• Provide responsive data-driven insights to address ad-hoc questions.
• Deliver insights aligned to HR processes such as performance reviews and talent planning.
• Partner with HR executives to contextualize data within business strategy.
• Develop executive-ready presentations to articulate complex insights clearly.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and storytelling that drives action.
• Collaborate with BI to automate reporting and enhance self-service analytics.
• Work with AI/Data Science to shape models and pattern recognition.
• Ensure high-quality data, governance, and entitlements underpin narratives.
