Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Business Analytics Advisor - Associate to embed analytics into HR strategy and executive decision-making. You will blend data, analytics and business context into narratives that influence workforce decisions and risk management.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build self-service capabilities and predictive models, driving data-driven HR solutions. You will work with senior HR leaders to translate insights into actionable plans, deliver executive-ready

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics, data, and business strategy experience in a large, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing the function as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including HR business heads and strategy leads.
• Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities and develop action plans.
• Provide responsive data-driven insights to address ad-hoc business questions and strategic workforce inquiries.
• Deliver deep insights aligned to HR processes such as performance reviews, succession planning, and talent allocation.
• Partner with HR business executives to contextualize data and insights within business strategies.
• Develop executive-ready presentations that articulate complex insights clearly, persuasively, and visually.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and storytelling that drives action, not just awareness.
• Partner with BI to automate recurring reporting and enhance self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI & Data Science to shape derivative features, predictive models, and pattern recognition analytics.
• Work with the Chief Data Office to ensure high-quality source data, governance, and entitlements.
