• Executive presence and clear, concise communication to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global team of HR Analytics Advisors.
• Establish trusted advisory relationships with HR heads, LOB leaders, CFOs, COOs.
• Develop proactive analytics and action plans addressing workforce risks and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights for ad-hoc business questions and strategic inquiries.
• Deliver insights aligned with HR processes like performance reviews and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR execs to contextualize data within business strategies.
• Create executive-ready presentations that clearly articulate insights.
• Drive high-quality analytics storytelling to spur action.
• Partner with BI to automate recurring reporting and enhance self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI & Data Science to shape predictive features and models.
• Ensure high-quality source data and governance with the Chief Data Office.
