Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a senior leader to build and run Global Partner Program Operations, unifying onboarding, tiering, incentives, and governance for partner tracks including VARs, ISVs, developers.

You will hire and grow a small team, define the operating rhythm, collaborate across Sales Ops, BRD, SOP, and Finance, and own the transition of steady-state execution from PMO to this team, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional alignment and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Operations Leadership: 7+ years leading Sales/Revenue/Program Ops or similar.
• People Management: 2+ years managing teams, contractors, or cross-functional programs.
• Zero-to-One Builder: proven ability to stand up or scale operations from scratch.
• Technical Fluency: translate between business and technical teams; BRDs/PRM/CRM knowledge.
• Program Rigor: strong analytical discipline and multi-workstream cadence (WBR/QBR).
• Executive Communication: ability to influence senior leaders and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a small mixed team; set priorities and scale staffing as scope grows.
• Own GPP Operations end-to-end: onboarding, lifecycle, tiering, incentives, and governance.
• Redefine Sales Ops remit for GPP: BRD/SOP ownership, incentive design, automation.
• Execute program and incentive ops: tiering, segmentation, and rules of engagement.
• Cross-functional partnership: collaborate with Program Design, Sales, Data, Finance, Legal.
• Drive launch readiness and migration of legacy partners to the new platform.
