Warren CAT seeks a high-impact GM of Service - PSD to lead quality execution of WCAT Power Systems products and services at the Business Unit level. You will drive daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee staffing, budgeting, and environmental compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience, strong communication, and leadership skills. Expect collaboration with Account Managers and senior management in a dynamic field services environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Caterpillar DBS system a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with and promote WCAT EHS policies.
• Oversee daily service operations of the Power Systems Service Division.
• Manage financial revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure quality delivery and development of PSD staff.
• Recruit, hire, develop, evaluate, and terminate PSD service personnel.
• Develop PSD service budget and control overhead expenditures.
• Maintain environmental compliance and safety.
• Lead and train staff on new initiatives and processes.
• Coordinate with Account Managers on WCAT sales opportunities.
• Determine staffing levels based on units and profitability.
