Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking a Field Service Advisor to coordinate daily activities, scheduling, customer support, and invoicing for field service. You will maintain technician schedules and communicate repair updates, while building strong customer relationships and managing work orders and parts deliveries.

The role requires basic accounting knowledge, leadership and proficiency with Cat DBS, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office. Travel up to 10% and a safety-sensitive position are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum high school diploma or equivalent, as well as knowledge of business accounting and leadership.
• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret written instructions and procedures, business correspondence and routine reports.
• Must be able to learn Cat DBS System, Lotus Notes System, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate schedule for field service and PM technicians using all supplied resources.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, repair updates, and invoicing.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Warren CAT’s customer base.
• Initiate work order process and coordinate parts orders and delivery.
• Coordinate work order assignment with service technicians.
• Assist Service Dept in WIP management and invoicing facilitation.
• Coordinate with Warranty in the claims process.
• Work with Service Asset team to manage field service fleet.
• Provide status reports to Service Operations on performance, profitability and completion.
• Collaborate with CAT reps for customer support on Product Support.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a proactive attitude to meet goals.
• Assist Service Management with KPI tracking and performance reporting.
