Warren CAT in Odessa, TX, is seeking a dynamic Power Systems Sales Representative to grow Caterpillar and Allied product sales across standby electric, oil and gas, industrial, and rental markets. The role emphasizes building relationships and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities include prospecting, sales campaigns, CRM data entry, coordinating customer training, and attending trade shows while staying current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in related sales.
• At least 3 years’ experience in equipment sales.
• Experience with rental or heavy machinery is a plus.
• Knowledge of CAT and Allied products.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers and develop sales leads from various sources.
• Work with marketing to develop and execute sales campaigns.
• Travel through territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Demonstrate products and emphasize salable features.
• Quote prices, prepare contracts, and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain CRM records and track stock levels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and resolve delivery issues.
• Attend trade shows and stay informed on industry trends.
