• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Five years of field service operations or similar experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment.
• Must have prior industry knowledge and a technical background with the products that are sold and serviced.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and schedule commercial, industrial, and EPG service work in the field.
• Present accurate quotes to customers, open revenue and work orders, and develop and maintain good relationships with customers, technicians, and other team members.
