Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking a Service Supervisor – Field Service to lead a team of field service technicians and drive efficient maintenance operations. You will enforce safety standards, coordinate with customers and internal departments, and optimize scheduling and dispatch to maximize truck utilization.

The role focuses on people leadership, productivity metrics, and profitability management while maintaining high customer satisfaction and strong service quality across the field team.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years in a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field service technicians and daily Machine Field Service operations.
• Ensure safety standards and DOT regulations are followed.
• Translate company policies to staff and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Adjust work procedures to meet schedules and optimize truck utilization.
• Oversee work orders, paperwork, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead technician staffing to maximize efficiency and control costs.
• Review technician performance against KPIs and drive improvements.
• Manage payroll and WIP aligned with Warren CAT goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and review quotes for profitability.
• Handle high call volumes and prioritize service requests effectively.
• Ensure service trucks and tooling are well-maintained and inventory is accurate.
• Foster collaboration and high performance across the team.
• Forecast worker hours and plan for job completion.
• Occasional on-call duties and a clean, organized work area.
• Demonstrate a positive, respectful, teamwork-driven environment.
