Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years AV experience and 1+ year supervisory leadership.
• Proficiency with AV gear, events, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily equipment setups and strikes and leads the operations team.
• Manages inventory and on-site gear, sourcing internal gear when possible.
• Ensures on-time delivery and client satisfaction, coordinating with hotels and vendors.
• Provides coaching and development to staff, maintaining professional image and service standards.
• Maintains relationships with hotel staff, executives, and other venues to ensure seamless events.
