Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Orlando, FL to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service and staff development. You will oversee a technical team, coordinate event setup and teardown, and ensure high standards of operational excellence onsite.

The role requires 3-5 years in customer service or hospitality and 3-5 years in audio-visual experience, with a preferred bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs workflow of technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management and Workforce.
• Train technicians on floor activities and Encore standards; mentor new hires and reinforce a positive environment.
• Oversees accurate setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment; troubleshoots issues and ensures security and safety of equipment.
