Responsibilities

• Manages daily floor activities and workflow of technicians to meet client and hotel standards.
• Supervises scheduling, timekeeping, and onboarding; ensures on-time delivery and equipment readiness.
• Reviews quotes for cost efficiencies and mentors staff to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Manages inventory, participates in meetings, and delegates tasks as needed.
• Promotes positive culture, develops staff, and oversees performance management.
• Partner with hotel teams to ensure flawless event execution and upsell opportunities.
