Job summary

Cribl seeks a Director of Solutions Engineering (Enterprise AMER) to lead a high‑visibility SE team across the Americas. This remote role requires strategic thought, executive communication, and hands‑on leadership to drive multi‑product platform success.

You will shape Cribl's GTM strategy, guide PoV delivery and product demonstrations, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales to accelerate adoption and ARR growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Proven experience leading SE teams or regions in software with multi-product motions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI transformation and guide a high-impact SE team.
• Shape Cribl's GTM strategy for multi-product platform.
• Drive PoV events, product demos, and technical enablement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and channel partners.
