Job summary

Cribl is a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability software company. We seek a senior pre-sales leader to build and guide a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform, driving PoV delivery and education for enterprise customers.

You will partner with Enterprise sales, CS, product and engineering to craft multi-product strategies, accelerate adoption and ensure high customer satisfaction. Expect travel ~30% and a focus on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Experience leading SE Managers (leader of leaders) across multi-product/platform selling.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.
• Experience supporting large, complex, multi-year Enterprise deals.
• Ability to teach consultative, land-and-expand selling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
• Drive PoV events, product demonstrations, and pre-sales workflows.
• Partner with Enterprise sales to hit regional quota and ARR expansion targets.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and channel partners to scale platform adoption.
• Work across time zones and occasionally outside standard hours.
