Cribl is a remote-first company helping IT and Security teams manage and analyze telemetry across the AI era.

The role leads a Solutions Engineering organization, shaping PoV delivery, sales plays, and cross‑functional collaboration across Cribl's platform. You will partner with enterprise sales to drive multi‑product adoption, assist in strategic planning, and coach managers to achieve quota targets while enabling AI‑driven efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Experience leading SE Managers and multi-product/platform selling.
• Ability to travel ~30%.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers.
• Experience supporting large Enterprise deals with multi-product bundling and/or on-prem-to-cloud migration motions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
• Shape GTM strategy and drive PoV efficiency; optimize sales cycles and standardize methodologies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, CS, product, engineering and partners to scale Cribl's platform.
• Represent Cribl's portfolio in PoV events and product demonstrations.
• Ensure alignment with revenue leaders and drive high Net Retention Rates.
