Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Enterprise Hunter Solutions Architecture Manager to recruit and lead a world-class pre-sales team, partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive growth across enterprise accounts.

You will help shape strategy for new business, mentor teams to win complex deals, and maintain strong executive relationships while traveling about 25% to engage with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience.
• 10+ years in technical sales, consulting, or GTM roles.
• Experience building and leading solution architecture/engineering teams.
• Experience with APIs and/or payments industry.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, lead, and retain a world-class pre-sales team.
• Advocate for the solution architecture team within the organization.
• Drive KPI ownership and deliver outstanding results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams on go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead executive business calls with key customers and represent Stripe at events.
