Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Manager, Solutions Architecture - Enterprise Hunter (West) to build and lead a high-impact pre-sales team focused on landing new enterprise customers.

You will drive executive engagement, partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams, and mentor engineers to deliver prescriptive solutions that accelerate growth for global brands. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• At least 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience.
• 10+ years in technical sales, consulting or GTM roles.
• Proven track record building and leading SA/engineering teams in SaaS/payments.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and leads a world-class solution architecture team for the Enterprise Hunter.
• Advocates for the SA team within Stripe and aligns with Sales, Partner and PS teams.
• Drives executive relationships, landing new enterprise users, and drives revenue growth.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services to define go-to-market plans.
• Represents Stripe at industry events and customer reviews to shape strategy.
