• 10+ years in technical sales, consulting, or GTM roles.
• Experience building and leading SaaS/payments solution teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, lead, and retain a world-class pre-sales team.
• Advocate for the solution architecture team within the organization.
• Drive success by landing new enterprise users and expanding opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to identify top opportunities and execute strategies.
• Align with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to develop go-to-market initiatives.
• Be the Technical sponsor on key deals and lead executive business calls with key customers.
• Demonstrate executive engagement and build credibility with decision makers at all levels.
• Represent Stripe at industry events and customer reviews, contributing to best practices.
