Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Solution Architecture Leader for the Hunter Team in San Francisco to recruit, lead and mentor a world-class pre-sales engineering group, driving new enterprise deals and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Professional Services to land opportunities, shape messaging, and ensure outstanding client outcomes while traveling ~25% to engage with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience
• 10+ years in technical sales / consulting / GTM functions
• Track record of building and leading solution architecture teams in SaaS/payments
• Energy, enthusiasm and passion for team success
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time to engage with customers and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, lead, and retain a world-class pre-sales team.
• Be an advocate for the solution architecture team within the organization
• Nurture and model a growth mindset while leading in a fast-paced environment
• Manage team KPIs and deliver outstanding results
• Define and drive success for the team by strengthening skills in landing new enterprise users
• Partner with Sales Leaders to identify opportunities and execute strategies
• Align with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives
• Act as Technical Sponsor on key deals and lead executive business calls with customers
• Demonstrate executive engagement and build relationships with decision makers
• Represent the company at industry events and contribute to new ideas and practices
• Stay current on industry trends to shape strategy around user engagements
