Job summary

Stripe in San Francisco is seeking an experienced leader for its Enterprise Hunter Solutions Architecture team to land new users and drive growth. You will recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class pre-sales engineering cadre to win strategic enterprise deals.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to shape go-to-market strategies, align executives with customers, and ensure outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience.
• 10+ years in technical sales/consulting/GTM functions.
• Track record leading solution architecture/engineering teams (SaaS/payments).
• Energy and passion to make the team successful.
• Experience with APIs and payments industry.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, lead, and retain a world-class pre-sales team.
• Be an advocate for the solution architecture team within Stripe.
• Lead and motivate SAs in a fast-paced environment; deliver outstanding results.
• Define KPI's and drive success in new enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to craft go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent Stripe at industry events and executive business calls with key customers.
