Job summary

Lumida Wealth is seeking a proven VP of Sales to lead and scale Lumida's growth across digital marketing and events. You will own revenue generation, sales operations, enablement, and CRM management, partnering with CEO, Marketing, and Client Service.

The role focuses on building an inside sales team to convert a high inflow of inbound leads, demanding a strategic, hands-on leader with a track record in enterprise SaaS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales leadership at a fast-paced startup.
• Willingness to learn alternatives, private markets, and digital assets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; CFP preferred.
• Experience and success as an Account Executive or Sales Leader.
• Willingness to get a Series 65 license.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategy to convert in-bound marketing campaign leads into Lumida clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing leaders to plan and design digital marketing campaigns designed for conversion.
• Coach and develop the sales team through call reviews and ongoing mentorship.
• Create sales playbooks, tools, and enablement programs to improve effectiveness.
• Manage CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
• Strong sales process mindset and writing and scripting skills.
• Represent Lumida at events, conferences, and private client gatherings.
