The Hartford is seeking a Director of Enterprise Learning Design and Delivery to lead strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise learning solutions. You will advise HR leaders, establish governance for The Hartford Learning Academy, and advance innovative approaches through AI and data-driven insights.

You will partner with business, HR, technology, and external providers to build an integrated capability-building ecosystem and deliver scalable, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise learning experience in a large organization.
• Experience leading complex learning programs or cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern learning design, adult learning, and performance consulting.
• Experience leveraging AI, analytics, and emerging tech to modernize learning and drive performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable enterprise learning experiences aligned to business priorities.
• Provide strategic leadership for The Hartford Learning Academy, governance, and enterprise-wide upskilling.
• Translate business needs into high-impact learning and performance solutions.
• Collaborate with Talent and HR Learning to address skill gaps from strategic workforce planning.
• Measure impact using data and insights to continuously improve solutions.
