Job summary

People Inc. seeks a Director of Talent Development to design, deliver, and optimize enterprise-wide learning and leadership development initiatives. You will lead approaches across managers, individual contributors, and executives, building scalable pathways, assessments, and coaching programs.

The role partners with HRBPs and business leaders to translate priorities into practical curricula, measurement, and reinforcement resources in a hybrid work environment with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in talent development, learning and development, organizational development, talent management, or leadership development.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate high-impact learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, and performance-management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate learning programs, workshops, leadership offsites, and virtual learning solutions for employees, managers, and leaders.
• Lead engaging, high-energy facilitation for audiences at all levels, adapting delivery based on participant needs and business context.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify development opportunities and translate priorities into curricula and materials.
• Own learning strategy, program design, and measurement to drive business impact.
