Job summary

Hines is seeking a Director of Talent Development to design and drive the organization’s learning strategy across a global canvas. You will lead instructional design, blended learning, and change management while partnering with executives to align capabilities with business priorities.

You will oversee budgets, vendor management, and the Talent Development team, and you will promote a culture of continuous learning, leadership growth, and high performance across diverse regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Talent & Development in global contexts.
• 7+ years managerial experience.
• Experience with AI learning or digital transformation is a plus.
• Experience administering LMS (Cornerstone/Workday) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive global talent and leadership development strategies.
• Partner with leaders and HR to align learning with business priorities.
• Develop scalable, outcome-driven development solutions.
• Modernize learning approaches and technology.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Oversee LMS and learning content/ resources.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for Talent Development.
• Lead and develop the Talent Development team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

Master’s degree preferred

Ten+ years of experience in Talent and Development

Seven+ years of managerial experience

Experience with AI learning or digital transformation

Experience with learning management systems (Cornerstone/Workday)
