Qualifications
12+ years of learning & development experience with enterprise-level programs.
Experience in leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations.
Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Establish frameworks, standards, and governance for training programs.
Enhance learning delivery using technology and AI.
Oversee LMS design, integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize learning needs and deliver impactful programs.
Govern certification management and regulatory adherence.
Assess program success through KPIs and analytics.
Manage external learning partners and processes.
