The ideal candidate champions adult-learning principles, partners with HRBPs and business leaders, and manages LMS, onboarding, and measurement to drive growth and business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive experience in talent development or related HR discipline.
• Proven experience designing and facilitating high-impact learning experiences.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, or talent-management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate learning programs and leadership development experiences.
• Lead engaging facilitation for audiences at all levels and adapt delivery as needed.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to diagnose needs and translate priorities into learning solutions.
• Own and optimize the LMS, onboarding, and measurement workflows.
• Collaborate on succession planning, talent reviews, and development planning.
