• 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development and related fields.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise learning strategy in a global organization.
• Strong consulting and coaching judgment with ability to diagnose needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a global learning strategy aligned with business priorities and future capability needs.
• Lead and expand the AI Academy and the academy portfolio, with governance and measurable impact.
• Advance AI-enabled learning across needs diagnosis, content development, personalization, coaching, and operations.
• Consult, coach, and connect with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to diagnose capability needs and scale solutions.
• Build a high-impact L&D function with globally distributed team, governance, and accountability.
• Strengthen learning technology ecosystem, including data, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools.
• Manage major learning experiences as evolving products using evidence and business outcomes.
