Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for Veterinary to own multi-location enterprise deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close large deals across veterinary groups, working with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in a long, consultative sales cycle.

The role is remote (USA or Canada) with a high annual quota and strategic growth potential for multi-location clients.

Qualifications

• Proven record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across locations.
• Expand: drive multi-location growth and additional services with signed groups.
