Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. This strategic finance leader will own annual operating plans, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation, building scalable frameworks and trusted financial data for executive decisions.

You will partner with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and improve planning accuracy while mentoring one direct report and enabling timely, data-driven insights across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning.
• Proven end-to-end planning experience (AOP, LRP, reforecasting).
• Hands-on financial modeling and data-driven decision support.
• Experience improving consolidation and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle from AOP to LRP, with executive presentations.
• Design the planning calendar, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation framework and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actions.
• Lead process improvements for scalable planning and reporting.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Mentor one direct report and drive accountability for plans.
• Elevate FP&A to a core strategic function with greater visibility.
