Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to lead enterprise-wide planning, consolidation, and financial reporting. You will own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting, and partner with senior leaders to align financial objectives with business strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning in a growth-focused environment.
• Strong ability to build and lead planning processes and financial models.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle: AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning from start to executive delivery.
• Design and manage the planning calendar with cross-department inputs to ensure timely outputs.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized KPIs and reporting.
• Personally develop and maintain financial models, challenge projections, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Drive process improvements to replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting systems.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and strategic options.
